POSITION Motor Yacht | Boat Steward (4) LOCATION Jordan, Middle East QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Minimum 2 years' experience in superyacht service or luxury hotel housekeeping. Fluent in English; Arabic or an additional language is an advantage. STCW Basic Safety Training ENG 1 Medical Certificate Food Hygiene Level 2 Basic knowledge of nautical terms, safe movement onboard, and tender procedures. Impeccable grooming, uniform hygiene, and professional posture. Ability to work long hours, especially during high guest traffic periods, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Strong experience handling fine materials such as teak wood, Italian leather, marble, and suede. Skilled in deep cleaning and polishing chrome, glass, and stainless steel. Ability to change bed linens to luxury standards and restock high-end amenities. Comfortable preparing the vessel for day-use or multi-day trips under tight deadlines. Discreet and professional, with the ability to work under strict confidentiality. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deep clean all areas of the vessel and water sport equipment, both interior and exterior. Polish and maintain all metal, glass, and fine surfaces to luxury standards. Change bed linens and restock toiletries, bottled water, mini-fridges, and towel sets. Assist with table setting and turn-down service as requested. Prepare the boat with drinks, towels, and necessary items before guest boarding. Report any damage or maintenance needs immediately. Maintain confidentiality at all times when handling guest areas and belongings. SALARY $400 USD per month BENEFITS Work visa and relocation assistance if not local.
